This class is designed for all students who are beginning their journey with yoga. Vinyasa 1 introduces core-strengthening postures with an increase in transition speed and room temperature.

RY Vinyasa Flow

This intermediate level class, while still challenging, promotes relaxation. It provides the opportunity to broaden your strength and focus in a blissful environment and encourages you to move at your own pace and be kind to your body.

It's time to sweat! This is a challenging, heated class which includes more advanced postures, arm balances and inversions. Students can expect an exhilarating and inspiring class. 

RY Yoga Sculpt

This strength-training class adds free weights to the Level 2 routine. Adding this resistance to the Level 2 postures intensifies the routine and speeds up the lean muscle mass building-process. This class will help promote visible results in the glutes, hamstrings, quads, biceps, triceps, and other key muscle groups.

RY Hatha Candlelight Flow

Breathing and Postures. Dynamic, developing the conditioning of a mindful practice. The class begins with centering, and foundation building from the ground up. From the beginning, we start to work on transitioning slowly from one pose to the other. The importance of this class is being able to withdrawal from senses and be in the movement while not loosing the connection with the breathe. Suitable for all levels with modifications and variations in each pose.

It's time to get hot! Join us for this rewarding hot yoga flow set at 104 degrees (typically 99-102 degrees). This set sequence will leave you feeling energized and rejuvenated. Class is 60 minutes.

A great way to end your week and start fresh into a new one! This class is about passive postural holds to increase blood circulation as well as flexibility while allowing the mind to dive deeper in a more meditative state, cultivating silence and peace of mind.
