Whether you’re just curious about yoga, a beginner, intermediate or advanced student, Reach Yoga has classes specifically geared for you.

Reach Yoga offers both vinyasa and sculpt classes. Vinyasa means “flow” which allows for flowing movement to guide you from one pose to the next.  Sculpt is a strength-training class which adds free weights and speeds up the lean muscle mass building-process.

Yoga is a life-changing practice and can transform not only your physical, but emotional and mental health. The mat is a platform…your platform for change, growth, inspiration, and peace.

Reach Yoga aims to inspire you to REACH your goals while finding your true potential both on and off the mat. Our classes help to unlock your true potential by combining inspirational music, breath and movement in a heated environment. As your yoga practice progresses, you will be ready to advance in classes where the temperature and power-based movements increase.

Relaxed/Slow Flow

This class is for all levels and focuses on flowing slowly while holding postures for longer periods of time to promote mobility, strength, flexibility and relaxation.

Vinyasa Flow

  • Heated (95-100 degrees)
  • 60 mins
  • All levels

Join us for this amazing flow that will leave you inspired, challenged and motivated! All levels welcome. Tap into breath with movement guided by our amazing instructors who add their own creativity and personality to their flows!

Sunrise Vinyasa Flow

  • Heated (85 degrees)

Start your weekday morning off right. This class is for all levels that focuses on building strength, flexibility and relaxation while finding inspiration.

Candlelight Vinyasa Flow

  • Heated (85 degrees)
  • 60 mins
  • All levels

Rejuvenation is the focus of 60 minute flow that will leave you inspired. All levels welcome. Enjoy the style of Vinyasa; tap into the breath/movement and find a new level of motivation under the relaxation of candlelight.

Vinyasa 2

It’s time to sweat! This is a challenging, heated class which includes more advanced postures and transitions. Students can expect an exhilarating and inspiring class.

Yoga Sculpt

  • Heated (85 degrees)

  • Intermediate/level 2

Yoga sculpt is an invigorating class that incorporates hand weights and cardio with the pace of upbeat music for muscle building and calorie burning effects. This is a challenging and empowering class.

Deep Stretch and Flow

  • Heated (85 degrees)
  • 60 mins
  • All levels

Wind down at the end of your day in this warm, candlelit class focused on 30 minutes of slow flowing, followed by 30 minutes of deep stretch and relaxation. Leave feeling balanced, rejuvenated and ready for a good night's sleep!

Yin

  • Slightly Heated (80-85 degrees)
  • 60 mins
  • All levels

This class is about passive postural holds to increase blood circulation as well as mobility. Yin targets the deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, joints and bones.

Mixed Yoga Arts

  • Heated (95-100 degrees)
  • 75 mins
  • All levels

This is a 75 minute class, focused on a movement methodology created by Jenn Richardson that is athletic, dynamic, martial and sacred. Jenn strives to take her students on a unique journey with each experience that challenges and inspires. The poses, patterns, sequences and drills become somatic embodiments to manifest, move and transmute a ton of energy. The message is the movement, and the movement is the message.

Parking
There are plenty of parking spots during the day. After 5pm and on weekends, all Reach Yoga visitors are welcome to park across the street in the Wells Fargo lot.
**Please note there is a 90 minute limit and parking is ONLY valid during Reach Yoga’s business hours.
