Whether you’re just curious about yoga, a beginner, intermediate or advanced student, Reach Yoga has classes specifically geared for you.

Reach Yoga offers both vinyasa and sculpt classes. Vinyasa means “flow” which allows for flowing movement to guide you from one pose to the next.  Sculpt is a strength-training class which adds free weights and speeds up the lean muscle mass building-process.

Yoga is a life-changing practice and can transform not only your physical, but emotional and mental health. The mat is a platform…your platform for change, growth, inspiration, and peace.

Reach Yoga aims to inspire you to REACH your goals while finding your true potential both on and off the mat. Our classes help to unlock your true potential by combining inspirational music, breath and movement in a heated environment. As your yoga practice progresses, you will be ready to advance in classes where the temperature and power-based movements increase.

Types of Classes offered:

Relaxed/Slow Flow

  • Heated (95-100 degrees)

This class is for all levels that focuses on building strength, flexibility and relaxation while finding inspiration.

Vinyasa Flow

  • Heated (95-100 degrees)
  • 60 mins
  • All levels

This class is designed for all students who are beginning their journey with yoga. Vinyasa 1 introduces core-strengthening postures with an increase in transition speed and room temperature.

Sunrise and Candlelight Vinyasa Flow

  • Heated (95-100 degrees)
  • 60-75 mins
  • All levels

This intermediate level class, while still challenging, promotes relaxation. It provides the opportunity to broaden your strength and focus in a blissful environment and encourages you to move at your own pace and be kind to your body.

Vinyasa 2

  • Heated (95-100 degrees)
  • 60-75 mins
  • Intermediate/level 2

This intermediate level class, while still challenging, promotes relaxation. It provides the opportunity to broaden your strength and focus in a blissful environment and encourages you to move at your own pace and be kind to your body.

Yoga Sculpt

  • Heated (90 degrees)
  • 60 mins
  • Intermediate/level 2

This strength-training class adds free weights to the Level 2 routine. Adding this resistance to the Level 2 postures intensifies the routine and speeds up the lean muscle mass building-process. This class will help promote visible results in the glutes, hamstrings, quads, biceps, triceps, and other key muscle groups.

Deep Stretch and Flow

  • Slightly heated (80-85 degrees)
  • 60-75 mins
  • All levels

This class focuses on passive postural holds to increase blood circulation as well as flexibility while allowing the mind to dive deeper in a more meditative state, cultivating silence and peace of mind.

Mixed Yoga Arts

  • Heated (95-100 degrees)
  • 75 mins
  • All levels

This is a 75 minute class, focused on a movement methodology created by Jenn Richardson that is athletic, dynamic, martial and sacred. Jenn strives to take her students on a unique journey with each experience that challenges and inspires. The poses, patterns, sequences and drills become somatic embodiments to manifest, move and transmute a ton of energy. The message is the movement, and the movement is the message.

Parking
There are plenty of parking spots during the day. After 5pm and on weekends, we offer a complimentary 90 minute parking pass for all Reach Yoga visitors across the street in the Wells Fargo lot. Parking passes are available at the front desk.
**Please note that this 90-minute pass is ONLY valid during Reach Yoga’s business hours.
