Allie first discovered her yoga practice ten years ago as a means of injury prevention while running cross country and track in high school. Once she began college, the time spent on her mat became much more about easing anxiety and cultivating a headspace filled with peace & self-love. Allie enjoys practicing a variety of different styles, primarily Vinyasa and Sculpt. In 2017, she pursued her dream of completing her RYT-200 Vinyasa Flow training in Ubud, Bali. This enlightening experience left her with an entirely new approach to her role both as a student, and as a teacher. Allie is passionate about the benefits of incorporating meditation within one’s practice, while staying committed to bringing a strong power flow. She aspires to provide a class that shares her experiences, positive energy, and fun music with hopes to bring happiness, healthiness, and mental clarity. Allie strives to ensure that you will leave her class feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and lighter in your head and your heart.
Charlotte's teaching style is slow but powerful as she believes alignment is key to receiving the benefits of each posture. Cuing the breath is her absolute jam as well as weaving in introspective themes of life. Her mission is to create a brave space for people to show up exactly as they are. Britt is a motivated yoga instructor with advanced training in inversions and guided meditation. She uses movement and mediation to help her students feel more empowered and better connected to the deepest layers of themselves. With a background in gymnastics, dance and cheer, Britt found yoga to be the perfect complement to her athletic background. Originally from Scottsdale, Arizona, Britt started her teaching career leading barre pilates classes in 2012. A couple years later she completed her 200 hour yoga teaching certification, and since then has gained certifications in Buti Yoga, and FlowLIFT yoga. Britt has attended many inversion workshops throughout her yoga journey. Come flow with her in vinyasa, dance with her for Buti Yoga, or relax with her during a meditative yin class. She loves to build community!
